Where are personal training sessions held?

Small Group Pilates Classes

Pilates is the ultimate full-body workout. A typical class includes 3-9 students and lasts 60 minutes. All students receive individual attention and no Pilates experience necessary. With clear and patient guidance from your instructor, you will strengthen and stretch your body from head-to-toe.

Who are Small Group Pilates Classes designed for?

Anyone, at any fitness level, who wants the most effective and safe total body workout available.

What can I expect as a first-timer in class?

First-time drop-ins are always welcome. New students have no reason to be nervous; we have new students every class. You will receive individual attention to make your first Pilates experience effective and enjoyable. Everyone is successful every class.

I’ve never done Pilates before. Can I still participate?

Yes. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. No Pilates experience necessary. We have small classes with certified teachers who give you individualized attention.

When is the next class scheduled?

Aerial Pilates Group Classes

Aerial Pilates Group Classes harness the power of gravity to realign your body and mind. A typical class includes 3-9 students and lasts 75 minutes.

What is Aerial Pilates?

AntiGravity® Aerial Pilates is a Suspension Fitness technique for all levels designed to increase your overall health and agility while having fun on an AntiGravity® Hammock.

What are the benefits of Aerial Pilates?

  • Decompress tight joints relieving pressure while aligning the vertebrae of the spine without strain
  • Perform inversion without neck or back compression
  • Add an entirely new dimension to your practice
  • Create better body awareness while increasing overall agility

Can the hammock hold me?

Yes, it can easily hold over 1,000 lbs so it will support you!

I’ve never done regular Pilates before. Can I still participate in Aerial Pilates?

In a word, YES! No Pilates experience necessary. No aerial experience necessary. We have small classes with certified teachers who give you individualized attention to ensure proper form. The exercises and pace of the exercises can be modified to fit your needs, goals and fitness level.

What should I wear to an Aerial Pilates class?

Comfortable-fitting cotton clothing is best for class.

I’m an athlete. Is Aerial Pilates a good option for cross-training?

Absolutely! Aerial Pilates is a complete total body workout that strengthens the core and increases overall agility. The hammock allows overworked muscles to relax as secondary muscles take over to lengthen and strengthen.

How hard is it?

You decide. YOU monitor your own resistance so each class is as hard as or as easy as you choose to work. As a rule of thumb, if you can do 3 consecutive sit ups, you can do Aerial Pilates.

Will I be successful in my first class?

Yes! Everyone leaves the class a success!

Should I come on an empty stomach?

We recommend having something in the stomach to stave off dizziness, however we do not recommend a big meal.

Will I get dizzy?

If one has a strong propensity for dizziness or “hips over head” spatial awareness style dyslexia this is not the technique for them.

How will I feel after?

You will feel taller and lighter. Your muscles will have a pump and you will be refreshed!

What if I am afraid?

The difference between fear and excitement in the body is relaxation. In Aerial Pilates we bring ourselves to presence before we begin class. During an inversion you are only 3 inches off the ground.

Can Aerial Pilates make me taller?

Yes! Our promise to you is that after class you will be stretched to your maximum height, varying between ¼” to 1 ½” taller.
